I have started Photography as a hobby and slowly it is growing on me. Photography is really wonderful as each picture I took reminds me the the place, the people, the joy, the pain and takes me back to that exact moment like a Time Machine. What else i can say about me, i am working in Information Technology and i love the tech very much, whether it is a new gadget, software or an idea. But i usually i get bored with things pretty fast, but only one thing i have never got bored of. That is Photography. I am becoming more addictive as i go. My journey started with flickr and it is like a school where you can meet new people, learn new things and enhance your skills. I absolutely love my presence here. I think i spend most of my free time exploring the Photographs and Photographers on Flickr and want to continue that on 500px. I have learned so many things here and feel that there is a lot to explore. If you want to be a successful photographer then you need patience. Lots and Lots of Patience. Be open to criticism, experiment, take advice, see things differently (everybody got only 24 hours a day and the same boring places and people), do whatever it takes to get the best out of you. At least that's what i have learned so far. I haven't travelled much in India despite me being from India. I think i am fulfilling my dream now :-) My current equipment: ------------------------------ Canon EOS 7D - I absolutely love this camera. Upgraded from 40D to this one few months ago. Sigma 10-20mm - I recommend this lens to everybody who like to take photographs with some cool compositions. Canon 17-55 mm f/2.8 - Great lens for Indoor Photography. Canon 70-300mm - Just does the job. Canon 50mm f/1.8 - It's really cheap (not the quality of photographs) Tamron 90mm f/2.8 Di - What to say ? Good for exploring the new world (Macro) Happy Clicking, Amar
