A Butterfly in Spider's Web

A sequence of pictures where a mormon butterfly got caught in spider's web. Amazing work of spider to quickly wrap up and secure it's food!

But I have been at war for over two years on how to deal with it. I was the one who ended up disturbing the butterfly. I chose not to interfere. In retrospect, that was the right thing to do

How a Mud Dauber Wasp Builds its Nest

I was working from home for a change on Friday. Had just finished a very long call and I stepped out in the backyard. That's when I observed this brightly coloured yellow wasp. I rushed back in for the camera and this story unfolded after I had made a record shot of the wasp.
