I started showing interest in photography at the age of twelve after taking my first black and white picture. I then spent five years in professional competitive sport that helped me find my style and further developed my passion for photography. Back then I was mainly taking black and white pictures of sport events, people and nature. This was followed by a 26-year break that was beneficial for me. When the digital revolution happened, I bought Cannon 400 d, and that was my return back to my long-forgotten hobby of taking pictures. Today I feel that photography is what makes me happy and fulfilled. I use every opportunity to go out there with my camera and to capture this wonderful and unique world that we live in.
