2012 AIPP Accredited Professional Photographer The Motivation for the Beginnings: I believe that our existence has a purpose. I believe our only true obligation in life is to listen to our heart and discover what it is that we’re here for. I’m here to help protect and conserve what little wilderness we have left by inspiring people to see and experience the scenes that I’ve witnessed. By doing so I hope to raise our awareness of the importance of conservation and to ultimately influence changes in our attitudes and behaviour. The Present and Future Direction: Each time life is becoming more complicated… More rules and regulations, more choices and decisions and less time… Today I now endeavour to present a body of imagery that aims to remind us that the simpler things are the better they are and so my new imagery portrays a more minimalistic style. It aims to simplify the complicated mess that a landscape can sometimes be and focuses on capturing the interaction between light and the landscape. Long as I remember I’ve subconsciously tried to simplify everything so incorporating this approach into my photography has been a natural progression
