I'm Robert Nellums, full time filmmaker and photographer. I'm an artist and I've always been into all forms of visual art and using it to express myself. I love writing, also, and I tend to write my plans for a shoot weeks before/ I started shooting professionally about 2 years ago. For me, it was practice, practice, practice. I'm a film major, so I decided to add another major: photography. I've loved every step of this journey. My approach to photography and individual subjects is different each time. People are different and personality should be the first thing that draws our creativity out. It's this way for me, so I love to meet before the shoot and discuss things with you and get a feel for who you are. The shoot goes better this way and a happy shoot is fun!
