I have had a love of photography for over 30 years. In 2003 I developed Custom Photo Notes, which which was started as a business to market notecards, books and customized slide shows. I am a graduate of the New York Institute of Photography, having completed the course in half the time, I was awarded merit awards from the school for two of my photos. I did a slide show for nursing moms several years ago, marketing them to lactation consultants and childbirth educators. I have had photos published in Jack Newmans *Guide to Breastfeeding* and most recently in Popular Photography's *Take Your Best Shot*.. I have had photos accepted into several juried exhibits on Long Island. I live on Long Island, north shore. I have been involved with the Long Island Photography Meetup since it started 6 years ago. I have been the Organizer of the group, with over 235 members, for over a year.
