Sam Brill has a knack for capturing the perfect moment. The Aberdeen-based photographer creates vibrant images that are impeccably timed. Whether photographing Indian street children or a traditional Scottish wedding, Sam puts his subjects instantly at ease. The resultant images look natural and unhurried. With a client list that ranges from BrewDog to Police Scotland, Sam’s distinctive images can be seen across the north-east. While wedding and commercial work occupies the bulk of his time, Sam’s skills are also in demand for fashion shoots, where his colourful style comes to the fore.
Sam’s love for travel has taken him to such incongruous locations as Iceland and India, always with his camera by his side. The portrait photographer, who also films music videos and other cinematography, currently has an exhibition at Aberdeen’s Moonfish Cafe.
