I am a New Jersey photographer with focus on both landscape and portrait photography. My work has been published in newspapers, magazines and used by ad agencies throughout the North East US. My photographic style has been compared to inspiring photographers like Robert Frank, Lee Friedlander and Ansel Adams. I offer a creative, unique and personal touch that is one of a kind. If requested I use the HDR photography technique as a unique perspective for the client. I am available in NJ, NY, PA, CT, and NYC. My passion extends beyond just the realm of photography. Reaching out to local communities, I regularly donate time to those who need it. From taking photos for charities to shooting portraits of families that can’t afford them, I try to give back when possible.

One thing that keeps my heart pumping for photography is the feeling I get when I see something worth capturing. It might be something simple. It might be something so amazing that I would hate myself for not taking the picture. A good exercise for inspiration and learning is to go for a walk around town with just a camera. You never now what you might see worth photographing. Life’s “Aha moments” are usually when you least expect them. What do you notice when walking around town? Do you see the little details, funny signs or strange-looking people? It’s amazing when you see something and you get that feeling in your heart, to photograph it. It’s about those moments that I like to call that the “Laundromat Lights feeling”.

I created and operated Photowalklist.com, the largest source of photowalks around the world (sold in 2010), and HDRPhotog.com, a collaborative HDR blog. I can also be found as an editor on HDR Spotting, the leading gallery/resource dedicated to showcasing HDR images. I often write guest articles for Seshu’s Tiffinbox, Outdoor Photo Gear, Current Photographer and Mack Camera Blog.
