I've been photographing most anything and everything for about 25 years. My first SLR camera was a Contax film camera that I used so much I wore the fake leather covering off of the body. After a hiatus from photography for a while, due mostly to the cost of buying and developing film, I bought my first digital SLR, a Nikon D70s, and rekindled my love for the art. I've upgraded equipment a few times, which is a compulsion for most photographer, and taken on new challenges. While I'm still inspired by nature and shoot it when I can, I've recently focused more on developing my skills in the area of lifestyle, fashion, and glamour photography. It requires you to acquire a whole new set of skills that landscape and nature don't. It's challenging, sometimes frustrating, but always fun.
