Foremost I'm a Finn. I'm also an amateur photographer. I live in Creuse (France). Why Creuse? Well, it is THE place where impressionistic painters such as Armand Guillamin or Claude Monet got their inspiration from. We have rolling hills, old dormant volcanoes, oak forests, lakes, rivers, streams, waterfalls you name it. Inspiration is easy to come by here. I try my best to record all that in way that communicates to you, the viewer. I feel this is important, since looking at other photographers' work is another source of inspiration. Without inspiration (and perspiration) there will be no innovation.
