Vay'la is a Self-Taught Free-Lance photographer from the beautiful 37 sq miles Island of St.Martin who begun working on her portfolio at age 15. As far as she remember, she has always had the passion for Graphic and Communication Design and later on picked up Photography as a hobby. Starting off with very little knowledge, Vay'la used her Nikon D40 and worked her way through her portfolio.
After
shooting nature and environmental shots for several months she'd decided to do start shooting portraits and fell in love with doing photo shoots. As time goes by, her favorite genres of photography are portraiture, conceptual and lifestyle. Her goal is to be a successful female photographer in her region and abroad.
