I am a keen 22 (2013) year old amateur photographer. My interest in photography only started in mid 2010 and ever since then I have been trying to improve and also to find my own ‘style’. After spending hours looking though sites such as Flickr, at huge amounts of incredible images in many different forms and styles, from many extremely talented photographers. There was one type of photography that always stood out and caught my eye the most. And this was fine art Black and White photography, often created with varying long exposure times. Ever since then I have been trying to find my own personally style within this genre. I particularly like creating abstract images of architecture but have recently been looking to branch out into landscape photography as well. I feel every time that I take a new image and edit it I always learn something new, but I feel that I am still in the very early stages in my understanding of photography as a whole. To say I am ‘self taught’ would be very unfair to many people, as I’ve spent hours reading many different tutorials and bits and pieces of information provided from many websites and books. But also there have been some very kind photographers who are more than happy to generously pass on their knowledge for free. So to those photographers I am very grateful. Anyway, enough of me monologuing. I just wanted to say thank you very much for visiting my profile and I really hope you like my work.
