Where do I begin??? Well I had a couple of point a shoot cameras and as a Christmas present my wife got me a photography lesson and the bloke turned up and took one look at me camera and said "I can't teach you much with that!" So, a short time later I was the proud owner of a Nikon D90. For once I actually used a "gadget" to it full potential and 3 years later bought a D700. I'm still holding out for a D800 but after the Tsunami, I don't think that's going to happen any time soon. In the mean time I am delighted with the D700 and thanks to all you guys on 500px, I feel I am pushing the envelope of what I was able to do a few months ago. Thanks for all the inspiration and one day I might shoot as good as some of you!
