By now, you must have realized that I enjoy clicking photos; people in specific. I love it when people pose for me and get clicked. And I love it even more when they don’t pose and I get some candid shots. To me, the sole idea of clicking people is to capture their expressions, emotions and moments. And not to forget, make them look good. :) We are all better than we think we are.. I only help people realize that.. When am not clicking, am seen as a Researcher in a typical corporate space. That's what a combination of Statistics and MBA does to you. Yea, that’s how I earn my bread. Clicking just helps me buy my cheese and Jam to go along with bread. So in short, I specialize in photography related to people. Portraits | Kids | Couples | New Born | Pre/ Post Weddings | Weddings | Events | Most of my work is put up here and on my Facebook Page. Feel free to contact me at to know more about my work and pricing. And yes, I am willing to travel :)

Tried my hand at indoor portraits for the first time. With no flash lights at my disposal, this was going to be a tough task.

I quickly asked my friend to put on something other than just denims and also some eye liner.. And we were set..

With my 50mm lens in hand with 30mins to click, we tried out different postures and tried making the most of the tiny night lamps that were in the room.

Photo shoot for the Wall of Fame

So I was assigned this job of clicking Table Tennis players so as to create 3 feet tall posters of each of them.. The major problem was...

1. The lighting facility was minimal... Did not have any extra light or flash equipment..

2. I use a D3100 and any ISO above 800 was going to give me too much noise...

3. They were supposed to be action clicks and hence a Shutter Speed of at least 1/250 was required...

4. With ISO 800, on aperture mode f1.8, my shutter speed showed 1/10th of a second !!

5. I had to click with my 50mm 1.8 since that allowed the maximum light..

I had to shift the Table-Tennis "table" multiple times so as to set it up right under the lights.. And then the tripod was set... Made each of the players play a stroke while I tried clicking them.. But wasn't successful.. Finally, had to make do with just their actions...

Now, the BIGGEST problem was, none of the players actually know their real expression while playing..

For eg. my mouth is half open when am playing, anoth ...
