Anirban Ghatak

Anirban is an amateur street photographer. Apart from doing his PhD from IIT Bombay, he carries immense passion to capture the life in the lanes and alleys of people's daily existence, and tries to recolor them with his own vision, through his lens. He is based out of Mumbai and Kolkata, and is primarily interested in street photography and portraits. Anirban likes to capture stories within moments rather than creating them artificially. Emotions hidden behind every mundane work of life is what interests him most. His passion for street photography has led him explore a wide gamut of themes, thus beautifully capturing human emotions and moments. The central character of Anirban's photographs is the human life, and the celebration of its existence with all its virtues and vices. His photography illuminatingly portrays every aspect of life and its myriad forms. He tries to rekindle the desire in every heart to live life with fondness and zest. His photographs speak to the beholder with such ease, that the conversation seems endless.
