She also appeared as an extra in several TV shows like Castle and movies like The Runaways. After graduating high school, Anastasia decided to continue her study in New York City. She attended Pace University where she majored in marketing and minored in Film and Photography. After spending 2 years on her own in the Big Apple, Anastasia decided to return to Los Angeles to continue pursuing her career in the filmmaking industry, only this time with a clear vision for what she wanted to do. After spending a lot of time in the Big Apple Anastasia realized her passion for capturing images. She fell in love with her surroundings and realized that her dream was not in business or being the star in front of the camera but that she wanted to be the creator and the artist who brought people together to make something unforgettable. Her easy going personality works well in a team environment.
Born in the Republic of Kazakhstan, Anastasia was a creative child from the beginning. She came from a middle class family and every penny counted, so when her mother enrolled her in a dance class at the at of 5, Anastasia put her all into it. Appearing in competitions and performing in front of the president of the Republic of Kazakhstan. When Anastasia and her mother moved to the United States, Anastasia was only 12. She knew not a word of English but when her mother enrolled her in a school where there was no ESL program, Anastasia knew that it was up to her to make her life easier. When they arrived in America they only had $50 with them, seeing as they had no money Anastasia knew that she had to make it happen on her own. Picking up any thrown out newspapers or free magazines, Anastasia spent long days translating and trying to understand. In less than a year, Anastasia held a conversation well in English and was therefore sent to a boarding school where ESL was offered to help her perfect the grammar. There, is where she discovered her passion for creating. Her first ever play she was in was the Pirates of Penzance where she played a mere pirate but fell in love with the creative process and what came out as the final product after all the hard work.
