Andrée Reno Sanborn

I enjoy the solitude of photography in the woods, fields, mountains and marshes of northern New England. My husband and I roam our land and mountain looking to see what the animals have been up to and what is growing at the time. We have four cats who hike with us. They also help us garden so that we can preserve food for the winter. We collect Lepidoptera larvae (which the cats often find) and have hatched dozens of Monarch and Black Swallowtail butterflies. I hope to raise moths this coming season.
