Daniele Giuliano

I was born in southern Italy, in 1982. I've studied Economics, and I am an airline transport pilot. I've first met photography early in youth, thanks to my grandfather, who was a photography addicted that had been shooting with his old Vitessa L for 40 years. I remember assisting him developing his films in a garage, and sometimes it's like I can still smell that "darkroom" aroma. My very first SLR was a Canon EOS 500n, an entry level 35mm. When digital imaging kicked in, I had not enough money for a DSLR, and so I've been shooting digital with a point-and-shoot for a couple of years. As DSLRs were becoming more and more affordable, I've made myself with a Nikon D60, with a 18-55mm kit lens, which is still what I'm shooting with. With my beloved D60 getting old, I'll most certainly upgrade to a D7000 in the next future.
