Parisella's Cave

This cave can be found on the Great Orme in Llandudno, Wales. For years this little gem has served purpose for those at the hard end of the game, who like to push the more difficult moves can be found here. People like Ben Moon, Jerry Moffatt, Johnny Dawes, however the new breed of climber pushes an average grade of V12, although a biggie in here is Silk cut which weighs in at V14 Gareth Parry, Pete Robbins, Mark Katz to name a few have climbed to these grades.

These guys are at the top of their game, and their game is extreme climbing, especially hard routes or boulder problems particulary in Wales.

Rock Atrocity

Silk Cut

I cannot remember the climbers name, however I do remember the name of the problem, Silk Cut a hefty V14 problem.

Pete Robbins

Here is working Bonnie a hefty V12, this link up was done by the first ascenionist Gaz Parry. It is an outstanding achievement and somewhere in the region of twenty to mid twenties moves.

Left Wall Low

One of the first problems to be completed in the cave, anyone new to this arena, will always find themselves either on this wall or climbing Beaver Cleaver variations.

Mark Katz

Here Mark is 'warming up' on Rock Atrocity, he has his own particular approach to climbing, mark has also climbed a lot of Hard Traditional routes around the UK.
