So I decided to use my son to help me yesterday. I wanted to get some dandelion seed head pictures. I have always thought that for an ugly weed, the seed heads were beautiful and had something, well, almost magical about them, as well as the memories of being a child looking for them so you could blow the fairies away! Anyway Jack and I had lots of fun and I have to say I am very VERY pleased with the results with a couple of the pictures making me feel very excited at how good they were! AND I TOOK THEM!! lol

I hope you enjoy them too

it's very beautiful. soft with just the right amount of detail. i too find dandelions much more attractive than a so called weed and agree that the seed stage is the most photogenic. i laugh to myself when i recall as a child that blowing one into the wind was like a felony crime if my parents saw me. like the seeds weren't going to be scattered by the wind anyway:-)
