Domitila Modesti is an Argentinean Photographer born and raised in Kaduna, Nigeria.
Currently Lives between NIGERIA & TURKEY.
Studied photography in the Argentinean School of Photography (EAF), Documentary Photography at ARGRA (Argentinian Graphic Press Assoc) and with Pulitzer Nominee Don Rypka, B&W Lab Photography restoration with G. Frittegotto, and Studio Photography with M. Marcu. Specialized in Social documentary and Street photography.
Exhibited at the Salon of the Festival of the Lights, Buenos Aires, Argentina.
University of El Salvador, Buenos Aires Argentina.
And at the moving exhibition in The Netherlands where she won a Photography Competition in March 2011, granted the First prize of the City Views section, Focus on Latin American, Organized by the CEDLA (Centre for Latin American Research and Documentation) and La Chispa Magazine - Focus on Latin America
Published her photos in La Chispa Magazine, The Netherlands.
In 2014 Exhibition with the Collective Enigma Art in Abuja, alongside artist Khenye Gager.
2015. Joint photo project "The Shades of Nigerian Tango" exhibition done in collaboration with the Iranian/Canadian photographer Ramin Hashempour, sponsored by the Argentinian Embassy in Nigeria, and presented also at the Abuja Fashion Week, also sponsored by Mercedes Benz.
