B Mackey

B. Mackey has been a freelance photographer for over 30 years now collaborating with Jennie Key of Jennie Key Photography. For most of those years his photographic focus was on landscapes, sports and human interest, he is a 2 year grand prize winner of the "Shoot the Hills" photography competition. He has been published in a few trade publications and magazines. Over the last few years, Brent has started to devote more time to studio and portrait work which he has found both enjoyable and rewarding. His philosophy and approach to photography is best illustrated in the Ansel Adams quote;

"A great photograph is a full expression of what one feels about what is being photographed in the deepest sense, and is, thereby, a true expression of what one feels about life in its entirety."

Brent is an official photographer for the "Tiny Sparrow Foundation" and a member of "Help-Portrait" and is now working primarily with a very talented photographer, Jennie Key.
