After a month long Roja(Fasting), Baban was much happier on day of "Ied Ul Fitr".On that day, he was ready to go to mosque wearing new clothes while his wife was busy in making Sewai(Sweet) for offering of the Ied.
It is said that its very challenging for handicapped people, but it has no meaning to Baban's life.
Baban is happy with his business. He runs a Tyre Repairing Center at Birgunj Buspark which he has taken in lease from a businessman.Baban lost his legs at the age of 13.Now,he has grown up 33.At the this age, he is easily maintaining the meal for six members of his family. He has six members in his family along with two sons and two daughters. In 2049 BS,Baban lost his legs due to the blast of air tank, when he was busy in repairing the puncture of a Truck tyre. Baban recalls that moment saying,it was horrible accident,I lost one of my colleague too.Baban earns Rs. 700 to 1000 from his shop while he has to pay Rs.9000as lease rent. Baban originally belong to Harsingpur of India.He says,If I hadn't lost my legs,today I would have owned my own shop,but that dream is still incomplete.
