A Tasmanian by birth I have had a love of photography for many years. For much of that time I documented people, events and places from my life and that was about it.
With the purchase of my first digital SLR in late 2008 I was bitten by the urge to improve my photography and to show the world my forgotten corner of Tasmania from a photographer's perspective. Now a couple more DSLR cameras and a few lenses later it's still the same. Still with the desire to take better photos and to capture my local area and state at its best. Primarily a land and seascape photographer, but its at the waters edge on the boundary between day and night where I feel most at home.
