500px Bio Retired and disabled, I am an award-winning photojournalist and investigative reporter. I am a 2005 Pulitzer Prize Finalist photographer currently based in Venice, FL. I started my career as a street photographer in New York City Metropolitan Area in 1974. I was able to apply my skills to sports, entertainment, spot, features, wildlife, landscape and travel photography. I am also an award-winning investigative journalist exposing political, election, police and Medicare corruption among many other expose. I was the President of the Florida Press Club, spending three years on its board of directors, also holding the title of Vice-President. I also spent three years as the press club's seminar coordinator, designing, arranging speakers, venues and advertising them. I am represented by Getty Images, iStock, & 500px for my stock photography, which includes commercial photography, a new field of photography for me. I also run three blogs, and developing four more. Two are dedicated to photography. Some of the many clients I have where my work has appeared in are: Minneapolis-Star Tribune, AP, Knight-Ridder Tribune News, NY Post, NY Daily News, Village Voice, Bradenton Herald, Naples Daily News, the News Press, Tampa Tribune, Entertainment Weekly, E! Magazine, Tennis and Tennis Match Magazines. I am a trained scientist in computer science and astronomy. I have developed programming languages, operating systems, and applications, both scientific and business. I am published in this field in peer-reviewed journals. Many of my theories in computer science and astronomy have been accomplished either by me or others. Today, I still write and take photographs when able, as well as working on an Mac G5 Server where I plan to run both MAC's OS/X web server and Windows 2000 Professional Server. I am testing this on my iMac desktop to make sure that both will run in separate partitions. The goal is to give a user the choice of a UNIX FreeBSD or Windows Server.
