Keith Horner

I graduated from Columbia Academy of Film and Digital Arts after an intensive photography and video curriculum. Over this time, I was exposed to a wide variety of film and video internship environments. These “hands-on” exposure and applications ranged from ENG, educational and entertainment videos and television/film productions. These have proven to be invaluable for my working life in the industry.
While I am currently employed as a Staff Photographer with Lifetouch, I have operated a small business called Goodlad Productions since 2009. It goes without saying that starting your own business in a very competitive industry is challenging; however, I have been able to complete projects and have a small but growing list of ongoing and confirmed future work.
I am self motivated and able to link the needs of my clients into technical requirements; I am able to work in an unsupervised setting; a creative thinker, and able to multi-task and adapt in a fluid environment.
I would not be able to accomplish any of the above without a superior knowledge of the complete array of computer based applications, video/photographic equipment and theory, and knowledge of the media industry.
My three years work experience with Lifetouch has given me some additional exposure to working in a large corporate environment and honed my leadership and team goal driven targets, a solid appreciation of accountability to learn what target has moved and how to remedy the issue, and to balance the needs of the client with those of the organization. It has provided invaluable interpersonal skills on timely customer service and working on problem solving without management’s direct involvement on a daily basis.
