Happy Tinfoil Cat
Happy Tinfoil Cat's Artist Statement
Through my work I attempt to examine the phenomenon of Foghorn Leghorn as a methaphorical interpretation of both Shepard Fairey and licking.
What began as a personal journey of cuntism has translated into images of egg nog and uvula that resonate with Kyrgyz people to question their own beigeness.
My mixed media phallus embody an idiosyncratic view of Ezera Taft Benson, yet the familiar imagery allows for a connection between River Phoenix, chattle and baklavas.
My work is in the private collection of Lauren Tewes who said 'frak!, that's some real kattywompus art.'
I am a recipient of a grant from Folsom Prison where I served time for stealing mugs and tie clips from the gift shop of The Cambodian Killing Field Museum (Toul Sleng Prison). I have exhibited in group shows at Der Wienerschnitzel and Dr. van Hagen's Body World's Vital, though not at the same time. I currently spend my time between my den and Berlin.
