Hi I am a Professional Chef. I have been a Chef for over 25 years. I work in a large culinary school in NYC. Photography is my second love besides my wife and son. I have been doing it since I was 10 years old. I had my own darkroom, did all my own developing and printing. I moved to digital about 10 years ago. I dont miss the film at all!
