Mance Rayder's Tour Manager
My work is intrinsically about healing; working through my own physical and emotional ailments by examining the way in which my body functions in time and space. What started out as a means of jump-starting my creativity after my father's death, has turned into a life-long desire to understand the forces within me and the ways in which I relate to the world.

As an artist, I am interested in understanding the ways in which the body works; the muscles and sinew that bind us together, how a body reacts and thrives in different environments, as well as examining a sense of disconnect from the immediate world around me. Constructing lines and shapes, blending in with an environment, attempting to make sense of broken bones and parched lips, all serve to ground me back in the world and provide a safe means through which to continue my self-healing.

I graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2010 from Denison University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts with an emphasis on Photography, Printmaking, and Ceramics.
