I first started shooting when I was 15. My first roll of film that I ever shot was Fuji Superia 200 on May 25, 1996. I got into photography because I loved pictures of clouds. I've had a love hate relationship with it for 17 years as I dabbled with making money doing it shooting headshots, a couple of family weddings, etc. It was after my second wedding that I put down my camera except for about once a year. Last year I got excited about the craft one more time. Mostly out of a gadget obsession, but my gear-lust has settled and now I'm passionate about capturing some incredible sights. Thanks for checking out my photos.

Chasing a sunset

I got into photography as a storm chaser back in Oklahoma. There aren't many storms in California and so I'm stuck chasing sunsets.
