Kirsten Karius

Born and grown up in Germany I started my photographic career in 2008 with a Nikon D80 - after my first journeys to Africa. Since 2005 my husband and me are exploring the eastern and southern parts of Africa aiming to transfer the diversity and beauty of this continent into pictures. In 2009 I took my first "serious" wildlife photos in Kruger National Park, South Africa - an unforgettable experience. Still strongly attracted by Africa I'm also fascinated by the beautiful landscapes and moods of the Northern Countries. At home my photographic interest mainly focuses on close up´s of nature's structures and textures.
Thank you for your interest in my photos.
