Edwin Koo

Edwin Koo started photographing professionally in 2003, working for local dailies in Singapore. In 2008, he left The Straits Times to pursue a freelance career in Nepal. His work focuses mainly on the under-represented and the displaced, and spans Nepal, India, Pakistan and China. He is currently represented by ZUMA Press, and his works have been published in The New York Times, International Herald Tribune, GEO, PlayBoy, Global Post, and Rhythms Magazine. He is currently based in Singapore and Malaysia, and continues to pursue long-term projects at home and abroad.
