AWAY WITH THE FAIRIES

YOU DO BELIEVE

When you are little you have bedtime stories, fairytales, full of magical kingdoms, castles, prince & princesses, talking trees, dewdrops, pretty flowers and fairy circles.

You would be told by mum when your eyes had sleep in them in the morning that it was fairy dust to make you sleep, your baby teeth fall out, mum says "put them under your pillow and the tooth fairy will collect it when you are asleep and replaces it with a sixpence". Then you play a fairy in your infant school play. You find toadstools in the garden and you are told they are fairy umbrella's. You have fairy wings in your Christmas stocking from Santa. When you are doing your homework, you drift off in a trance, mum will say " She is away with the fairies", and who can forget Tinkerbell in Peter Pan or the Fairy Godmother in Cinderella.
