Lorenzo Bernardi uses his photography abilities to escape this hard reality where we live today.
Lorenzo is a son of the revolution. He was born on the day of the unsuccessful fascist “Golpe Borghese”. This event marked him and decided to conduct a peaceful revolution, through things that are stable like photography with tripods.
His way of trying to get out of the ordinary makes him one of the best food photographer that has Italian blood and lives in Portugal (so far he’s the only one). Like many misunderstood artists, Lorenzo only expects to be considered a genius after he’s gone. This is one of the reasons he has staged his death a couple of times, but nobody showed at the funeral. Maybe because when people sent him emails asking where it was, Lorenzo kept replying them. He still thinks his pictures will create a revolution. But for now, he’s happy telling stories with visual composition.
