The Bicycle

This bicycle is "fait au canada" (Leader brand), costed my $75 which is bargain, has a fender and a luggage rack, and the guy brought it me home a sunday morning in his car because I had no clue how to go to the other side of town. Pretty impressive!

Typical Plateau Houses

I think I haven't yet shown those typical house fronts in this part of the city (Le Plateau).

Trio Hot Dog Michigan

That is weird: double hot-dog with ... bolognese sauce on it.

And a big bag of fries.

Montreal from the bridge

Nice view of an aspect of the city. I think "Molson" is one of the older businesses here in Montreal.

Road Signs

I like road signs, and this one shows downtown Montreal, Sherbrooke wich happens to be the metro station near where I'm staying, the information that Montreal is an island, and the weirdness that in Montreal it's forbidden to turn right when the red light is on. Wait, it means you can go right when it's red, anywhere else in Quebec ? Looks like you can, yes.

Ras le bol! Anarchopanda

"Le Devoir" is the local progressive daily newspaper. It shows today in its frontpage "Anarchopanda": Anarchopanda is a philosophy university teacher disguised in a panda, protesting. It became the spring 2012 protests mascot.
