Prior to earning a Post Graduate degree in TV Journalism, I was a software Engineer, who became very dis-interested with alpha numeric codes of software languages like Java and C++.

Consequently I decided to plunge into a more exciting world of a different interests; a world of people, environment, street, society and wild life. Early in 2001, I made my first documentary film "Warning Signals", which was highly acclaimed and garnered an international documentary film award for me. This is how I started my journey as a documentary film maker.

It was going all very well till one day I saw few stills shots captured by Ansel Adams and Henri Cartier Bresson.

The works of Ansel Adams and Henri Cartier Bresson beckoned my assent into a new world ~ Still Photography.

Initially it was challenge for me to capture the whole story in one frame but this is the beauty of the Still Photography.

I have become a self taught photographer who fearlessly throws himself into the streets to capture hidden stories and document which needs to be revealed. Faces and nature have tremendous power to express thousands stories.
I hope you enjoy the work I have done so far.
I look forward to hearing from you.
