I'm an amateur photographer who makes images focused mainly on landscapes and the natural world.
Edward Munch once said, "I don't paint what I see – but what I saw". I seek to follow this view by get the shot right first time 'in camera' wherever possible.
My post processing is completed in Adobe Lightroom, and is intentionally as light of touch as possible, and designed to get the best from each image without drastically changing the original.
Photographers who I admire include Bruce Percy, Cole Thompson and David Bailey. I also really enjoy the articles and books of Andrew S. Gibson.
I hope you enjoy my work. If you'd like to leave a comment, constructive criticism is most welcome.
