It is said that all the people in the world take 3 billion snapshots a day. Nice and easy - good looking - lot of fun.

My passion for photography started again with the growing need for eye-candy in attractive websites.

Most website owners today buy stock-photos, because it is cheap & professional material. A small fraction even let the photographs take by their kids.

Do they succeed? No, they remain mediocre and invisible with that stuff. Because this stuff is not personal, nor unique and by far not authentic. But in the age of Google uniqueness, authenticity and relevancy are prerequisites of organic success and mostly not achieved by stock-photos or snapshots of an amateur.

On commercial websites a picture can/should tell a story in one second - set the emphasis - show the professionalism etc.

And that is what I am doing: Try to make unique & professional images, helping to get my customers (or myself) more visible in their target group.

My core business is building & optimizing websites, create content, do workshops about SEO/SEM and conversion.

I work and live in Cologne, Germany.
