Fourth of July in the Tetons

Published December 7th, 2011

This past summer our family spent over a week out in the Tetons. We lodged in Teton Village with some good family friends and got to take many daytime hikes into the base of the mountainside. Our favorite location was Taggert Lake, it really had alot going for it visually! But then again, just about everywhere in this area is excessively stimulating. We also spent a few days in Yellowstone N.P. on July 6th/7th and surprising as it may seem, there was not an over abundance of people on the roadways. There were alot of great sights here as well, but the Gysers were probably our families favorite. All in all a fantastic vacation!
