So unit dose really started for me in the early 90s with the idea of it being an infection control concept and I gathered a lot of my workflow ideas from fast food restaurants I said that with a pad and paper. And just watched different restaurant workflows at McDonald's and the typical fast food places one of the places was a California Pizza Kitchen which is near my home and I watched.
