Mortan D. Holm
Since my retirement, my spare time has been filled by working as a Faroese tour guide focusing on the southernmost Island called Suduroy, which is also my place of residence.
The Faroese weather is very changeable which makes it very unreliable and therefore it is important to me able ,on short notice, to change the tour plans. My two main tours accommodate the Faroese weather fluctuations, if the weather is agreeable the tour will include walks on mountain sides and/or tops, sailing, visiting historic landmarks and so on. On the other hand, if there is downpour the tour will consist of museum visits, visiting historic houses, art galleries, churches and so forth.
The tour consists of a bus/car trip around the island, stopping to explore chosen villages and their historic landmarks.
