Biography

Norway is as an astounding country with some spectacular landscape, as a foregner living here I walk around in awe. The country is covered in very steep mountains which plummet straight into fjords which can be hundreds of metres deep. Along the coast their are thousands of islands and in combination with the fjords gives one of the longest coastlines in the world. I attempt to bring this beauty to other with the aid of my camera. While the majority of my shots are from Norway, some are from various travels and their location will be labelled. When browsing through my images I hope you get a good impression of how stunning this country is.

A landscape is nothing without its wildlife and Norway has plenty of it with a great range of birds, mammals and invertebrates. What I love about photographing wildlife is the amount I learn about my subjects as I try to photograph them. I spend time observing their behaviour as this allows you to predict where and when they will sit still for a photo. When it comes to macro photography, you get insight into a whole new world with some truly strange looking creatures walking around us unoticed. I hope you get as much enjoyment viewing my pictures as I did taking them.
