Odysseas Milios

My name is Odysseas Milios and I am a freelance graphic designer, illustrator and artist with my own office in Megara - Greece since December 2009. I am married since 2008 and I have two children.

I was born in Poland in 1980 and since my early days I realized that I am passionate about drawing and painting art. In 1988 we immigrated to Greece and for many years in school I participated in drawing and poetry competitions, winning various awards.

In ‘96 and for the next 4 years I was learning Pencil, Color and Charcoal Drawing, preparing myself for the Athens School of Fine Arts. But eventually I preferred the Graphic Design Studies which combined my passion for drawing, photography and new technologies.
I graduated first in grades classification, with a scholarship, in ‘07, from the Technological Educational Institute (TEI) Of Athens - Faculty of Graphic Arts & Design, the only school of Applied Arts of Higher Education in Greece.

I worked in an Advertising company called “Beautiful People” for about 4 years, specializing mostly in fashion and food advertisement. Since opening my own office in Megara I have cooperated with several companies as a freelancer and consultant on advertisement strategies.

My Ideology:
I sincerely believe that every business and individual must have a unique identity and every work needs to be attractive and eye - catching. Therefore, I try to create memorable designs; combining many techniques that I learned through those years, such as traditional painting / sketching, photography and computer graphics, making vivid identities, rich illustrations and high quality prints for all types of businesses and personalities.

My future plans:
I am working on starting a business in Toronto - Canada. An office that will provide website, mobile applications and advertising services for small companies.
