First Try in Water Drop Umbrella

Published February 27th, 2012

The following images came from my first attempt in water drop umbrella / collision using StopShot Water Drop Photography Kit. I'm still familiarizing myself to the the bells and whistles of StopShot. Used just plain water, maybe I'll use milk, or colored liquid next time.

Details:
Canon EOS Digital Rebel XTi
Canon EF28-135mm f/3.5-5.6 IS USM, with Canon 500D Close-up lens attached
Sept 24, 2011
ISO 200 100mm
f/16
1.0sec, w/c is irrelevant since I used open-flash technique
Exposed by two YongNuo 460-II (left 1/16 power; right 1/32 power), with snoot

Post processed - cropped, dodge and burn, tweak levels and curves, and sharpen
