Be mindful when talking in your head, for you speak no other than the Universe itself.

Circling the great Stupa of Bodnath in the morning serves as a mind-calming experience. Slowly the monkey mind of yours is becoming at peace and you can see the reality clear. Exercising my street ninja technique so as not to disturb the flow, I've tried to see the innermost thoughts of the attendants.

Korean Engagement

As part of the commemoration ceremony of 60th anniversary of the end of Korean engagement two Korean naval ships came to Montreal Old Port. For almost a week the city was was flooded with Korean soldiers in their uniforms ashore and exploring Montreal.

Racers In The Rain

A friend working for one of the courrier companies in Montreal tipped me off about the race. Short email said:

" thePACK F1 is a 25km criterium race held on the Gilles-Villeneuve F1 circuit. An entrance fee of 5$ is required, along with a helmet and lights. This is not an official race event. Participants are responsible for their own safety and actions.


I love underground events like these so I ventured off to practice capturing fast moving targets in complete darkness. Rain made my practice even more worth while.

1973 Corolla Trophy

We were supposed to board the flight to Jomsom from Pokhara which is only 15 min long. But unusual weather and 2 days of downpour intervened and forced us to look for alternatives. Our guide suggested a taxi and because we were really tight on schedule we took the bet. This is what followed and I must say I have no regrets. 1973 Toyota Corolla and a masterful driver made the impossible possible.
