We camped about as high as we could before crossing Forester Pass. This Lake with no name on the map seems to be referred to as "Lake 12,100" or "Lake 12,000", denoting the elevation.

Some of us were adversely affected by the altitude, which I am sure was compounded by the strenuous exercise to get here.

My desire was fullfllled, to camp high, and to live in a scene like this.

15 Second exposure at 8:30 pm.
An almost full moon rising over the crest.
Junction Peak is the pyramid.
Forester Pass is the low point on the right.
