It was a blast watching and photographing the barn swallows feeding their young. Most of the time there were eight babies lined up on the barbed wire. I had no idea which one would be the lucky recipient of the next insect - there was no rhyme or reason to the order. Some were fed twice in a row, some were neglected. Once in a while I was lucky and focused on the correct bird. At this point they were flying and able to catch their own meals, but they know how to milk this baby thing :)
