Actually no, there is only one strawberry, and one drop. In addition, aside from some colour correction, there is no Photoshop manipulation.
So how is this done? It is a multiple exposure using a highspeed strobe.
I used the Canon 580EX's "Multi" mode to fire 3 flashes with a 15Hz frequency. This exposed the strawberry at a few different points in the drop. Since the glass is stationary, and the water is mostly clear, you get this effect.
