At first I didn't knew this was happening, its only after I saw a few pictures online uploaded by friends, I ran out to the terrace to get the glimpse, Sun Halos did occur before, but very small in size, that needed a telephoto lens to capture but NOTHING THIS BIG, infact it was big enough that i was using up my 10mm without any cropping, and the colors were visible even with naked eyes, although i couldn't stare for long. After getting some interesting frames on the terrace, I decided to visit someplace near by that can be included in the frame to act as a supporting subject, the first thing got into my mind was Kargil Chowk at Piplod, and without wasting any time, I reached the spot with only 2 things in hand the camera and tripod, the sunheat was crazy but nothing much to stop me from making a few frames here and there, good thing I had something before leaving to give me some energy since health is not at its best right now [:(]. At one stage I was wishing the Halo goes away, because having it only makes me to run around more and continue capturing endless frames.
Once again Sun gave me another chance to capture a rare phenomenon.
