6-8 frozen scallops (don't discard the liquid after thawing)
2 Tbsp. Balsamic vinegar
1 tsp. Cilantro
Garlic Salt
Mrs. Dash (Garlic & Herb)

Season the scallops with salt, pepper, and Mrs. Dash. Next, sear scallops in a pan about 2 min. on each side. Do not over cook. When they are browned on both sides, take them out and set aside. Now add the scallop juice and balsamic vinegar to the carmelized drippings that are cooked to the bottom of the pan, and wisk together to make the sauce. When the sauce is thick enough, spoon it ontop of the scallops and garnish with fresh chopped cilantro.
